The 3rd stage leads from Auronzo di Cadore to Sappada. One of the most demanding stages awaits both the Classic and the Challenge participants. After the first pass and the first rapid descent, we arrive in the tranquil village of Padola.
The Challengers have to overcome a total of 1,000 meters in altitude before they meet the Stoneman tour again at 2,300 meters above sea level, past the Alpe-Nemes hut. The single trail that follows makes you forget the effort of the ascent.
The two routes then meet in San Stefano.
Now all participants of the TransTirol BikeRallye have a further 750 vertical meters uphill to the Passo della Digola on the program. The final descent then ends at the stage destination in Sappada.
